How can you submit a report
The Procedure
Please use the contact form below to send us your report. We will examine it carefully and take further steps if necessary. You have the option of submitting your report anonymously. Alternatively, you can also leave us your contact details for queries and comments.
We will process your report promptly and get back to you within three months at the latest. You will then receive information on the progress and any measures taken with regard to your report.
What is a report?
The Law
The Whistleblower Protection Act guarantees the protection of persons who report violations of legal regulations or internal company guidelines. This law ensures that whistleblowers are not disadvantaged, harassed, dismissed or treated less favourably in any other way because of their reports.
The overarching aim of this law is to promote a culture of transparency and responsibility. It enables grievances to be recognised and corrected at an early stage in order to continuously improve the corporate environment.
